Shipping & Returns
Where do you ship?
We ship Australia-wide and internationally. Please view our shipping & returns policy here.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
For all orders, we ship daily and you should generally allow 2-10 days for your order to arrive within Australia and up to 21 days for international orders. If you have any questions about your order, you can contact us at shop@yinnbody.com. Deliveries may be affected by factors beyond our control.
How much is shipping?
We charge a flat rate for all of our shipping options.

*Duties & Taxes- Please be aware that any items shipped internationally may incur additional fees and duties levied by customs. As the recipient of the item, you are responsible to pay any of the taxes and duties levied by the country you are shipping to. Your package will not be released from customs until these payments are made. Yinn™ is unable to advise how much these duties will cost, please ensure you are aware of the cost of these fees before you make your purchase.
Can I cancel my order?
Once an order has been placed it can not at any point be cancelled. Payments and orders are placed with the knowledge that delivery dates can change and delays to orders are not grounds for refunds or credits unless, in exceptional circumstances. This decision is at the discretion of Yinn™.
Do you offer refunds or returns?
We do not offer refunds on change of mind purchases or unexpected delays on an item being delivered, so please choose carefully.
We respect our right under consumer law not to offer refunds on orders because of delays caused by natural disasters or other unforeseen delays.
I received a damaged item, help!
We personally inspect all items prior to the individual courier delivering your item/s and all items are sent in perfect condition. If your piece is damaged in transit we unquestionably provide a replacement at no extra cost.

Will my parcel be discrete?
Yes. Our external packaging is not branded and our parcels come from "Yinn Pty Ltd".
We declare The Lubricants and The Body Oil as 'Cosmetic and toilet preparations'.
What will show up on my credit card/PayPal statement?
Your purchase will display as ‘SP* YINN PTY LTD’ on your bank statement.
How can I track my package?
When your order is fulfilled, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can check on your order by using the link in your order confirmation email.

We partnered with an award-winning natural and organic skincare formulator for our products in order to offer high-performance formulas without any toxic or synthetic ingredients.
From all-natural crystals, to organic butters and oils, our products are crafted to promote feelings of safety and surrender during life’s most intimate moments.
How does Yinn select ingredients for its products?
Our carefully crafted plant-based formulations use gentle, nourishing and safe ingredients.
We’ve thoughtfully selected ingredients that are suited for sensitive skin and won’t irritate or interfere with your body’s pH levels.

Can I use The Lubricants with a condom?
The Water Based Lubricant is condom compatible, but we do not recommend using The Oil Based Lubricant with a condom.
Are The Lubricants safe to consume orally?
As our products are 100% natural and use food-grade organic ingredients, they are not harmful if/when ingested. That said, we recommend limiting the amount you ingest as much as possible.
What’s the difference between The Oil and Water Based Lubricants?
The Oil Based Lubricant is formulated for moisture. It’s a nourishing blend of organic Argan, Pumpkin Seed, Hemp Seed, Seabuckthorn and Coconut Oils to give you long-lasting slip with no reapplication needed. This lubricant is not recommended for use with traditional toys or condoms.
The Water Based Lubricant is formulated for glide. Hydrating Aloe Vera and Hyaluronic Acid are supplemented with calming Calendula and Chamomile as well as antibacterial Colloidal Silver to offer a lubricant that is toy friendly, condom compatible and pH balanced. This lubricant is easy to clean off sheets and may need a bit of reapplication.
Are your products safe for use during pregnancy and postpartum while breastfeeding?
Yes. The Body Oil is particularly good for growing bellies during pregnancy, as well as reducing the appearance of stretch marks after giving birth.
Are your products vegan?
Yes.
Are your products Gluten Free?
Yes. All Yinn™ products contain no gluten ingredients. Our manufacture does not use wheat or gluten products in any of their formulas, so there is no chance of cross-contamination.

Where are your products made?
The Lubricants and The Body Oil are handmade in small batches in Sydney, Australia.
Are The Lubricants safe to use with traditional sex toys, like vibrators?
We recommend using The Water Based Lubricant with traditional sex toys.
What if I get an adverse reaction to a product?
Our products are formulated using safe, natural and nourishing ingredients and have been well tested. The likelihood of an adverse reaction is extremely rare, but if you suspect that one of our products was not a good match for you, discontinue use, notify us right away and please seek advice from your general practitioner if necessary.
The Lubricants say fragrance-free, but seem to have a scent. Why?
Our Lubricant formulations do not include any artificial fragrances or perfumes specifically added to give the product a particular scent or cover up the unpleasant smell of another ingredient – which is often the case in synthetic formulations. For this reason, they are fragrance-free.
Any scent you detect is derived from our 100% natural ingredients, which come with their natural aroma. For example, The Water Based Lubricant includes a vegetable-based, certified organic preservative that can give off an almond-like aroma. Similarly, The Oil Based Lubricant is made from organic oils whose fragrance intensity may vary from batch to batch based on the harvest.
Are The Lubricants safe to use when trying to conceive?
Both lubricants are formulated using all-natural and nourishing ingredients and are safe to use when trying to conceive.
Can I use The Body Oil as a lubricant?
Although the Body Oil is formulated with all-natural and clean ingredients, it is not specifically designed as a lubricant, so includes pure essential oils to provide natural fragrance. While the essential oils are included in diluted concentrations safe enough for most skin, we do not recommend using on intimate skin.
Which Lubricant should I choose for vaginal dryness?
You may be experiencing vaginal dryness for any number of reasons, and both of The Lubricants are formulated using all-natural and nourishing ingredients to relieve dryness and discomfort by replenishing your natural moisture.
That being said, if you are experiencing extreme dryness, our recommendation would be to start with The Oil Based Lubricant as this is formulated with long-lasting organic oils that will nourish and moisturise your intimate skin in addition to offering lubrication.
Is The Lubricant | Oil Based pH balanced?
Only water-based formulations have a pH level, which is why we have ensured that The Water Based Lubricant is pH balanced. As The Oil Based Lubricant doesn't contain any water, it does not have a pH level to balance.
Both products are suitable and safe options for vaginal use.
Does The Lubricants or Oils have a validation date?
Yes, our body care products do have an expiry. The natural preservative system of our formulations usually allows for around two years of shelf-life. The specific dates are dependent on the batch and labelled on the bottle but should provide a sufficient timeframe for you to enjoy the product.
